How important is Biotin while taking Glucoroll R with a 50 yo Female?

How important is it? Is it found in Daily Vitamins? How much is required a day?

glucorell R has more than adequate biotin in it.

On their website, on the ordering page, it mentions taking biotine with any rla.

each cap of glucorell contains 750mcg biotin. The reason ,other than the fact that biotin also improves glucose clearance and uptake, is that R+ lipoic inhibits biotin dependent carboxylases by adding more biotin this issue is taken care of.

you wont find 750mcg in most multis, they usually have 100-200mcg
