I went to the chiropractor a couple days after getting a 275 PR in SLDL. In the days following I felt great. This was the first chiropractic adjustment I've ever had.
The following week, was back-day. I was doing SLDL, and feeling great. I eventually put 305 on the bar. and kicked its ass.
Do a little research, and you'll find that it all makes sense. When your body/spine is at their full potential, great shit happens.
