Except for the fact that you lost the gear, I wouldn't worry about it. So the deal is another boxholder actually dug into a package addressed to you? And you never got the package? Whatever the inspector's motivations are, he did the best thing he could do for you, which is handle it, report it, and turn it over before you touched it.

Deny, deny, deny!!!!! Call a lawyer tell him the truth see what he thinks. the only way you'll hear back from the state is if the DA knows he can convict. IMHO there is not enough proof to convict you. So don't sweat it too much. Hang in there and i'll pray for you bro.

first of all you did not open it or accept it.

Second of all the person that open it had no business opening it with his name not on it. It should have been forwarded to you.

You can even claim he put the drugs in there to frame you LOL who knows heheh . How could they prove they did not?
