How has the winter weather affected you?

We are currently getting hammered with a pretty good storm that came in two parts with todays being the much larger weather system, I drove my damn truck so deep in the ditch due to 3 ft drifts on the road that I couldnt get out even with 4x4 on, thankfully a good samaritan gave me a tug and now im home nice and toasty after being at work for 330 all weekend.

but I would like to know what impact these storms have on you. do you hibernate,do you carry on as usual? get out on sleds? or just pray for summer

My exboyfriend had a GTO. I loved it. Sometimes, I still think about getting one. Right now, I have a Grand Prix and a Dodge Hemi. I wonder if the GTO is faster than the Hemi. I don't know shit about this stuff.

I ended up getting stuck again in my driveway while trying to pull out the wifes work van, the neighbour had to come with his tractor and pull us out then plow for us, what a nice fellow.

as for heating bills ive been spending 450 every 6 weeks on oil, cant wait to move out of this house

Pure assraping lol I pay $120/month (electricity bill) for my house and it's usually under 15 here. That's like $10 more than last year. And driving isnt that bad as long as you have good winter tires. We got 10" yesterday and only the usual fools were stuck in the snow...

ya its brutal,our house isnt well insulated so once we buy a new house I will be happy.

our biggest issue here was drifts,I live on a dirt road so it doesnt get plowed for days which was where I had both incidents.
