I've been using R-Ala for a few weeks now.Two tabs before each meal. I coulnt even tell you how good its doing at burning carbs,considering all the gear im on I cant really tell which is giving me the results.But the main reason for my using it is liver protection.I've read tons on Ala blocking carbs and all that shit but how good is it at liver protection, and also if my main purpose for th R-Ala is just liver protection am I better off buying something cheaper. Thanks guys any info will be appreciated.
