yeah I'm not too keen on the title either lol. but I like books like this because they take simple yet relevant theories and apply it to everyday life. and it leaves me with a more positive outlook even if i dont put that particular concept it into practiceheatherrae said:I've never heard it. well it takes this very basic and elementary idea and says that simply by having more positive rather than negative or neutral interactions everyday, the impact is staggering. much more than you could imagine. it goes beyond individual impact.biteme said:So basically it says that positive interactions with people make you feel good, while negative ones make you feel bad?
