It's about a concept called "Positive Psychology" which highlights what's good rather than what's wrong with people.

I've never heard it. It sounds like another shitty example of books like "what color is your parachute/" "who moved my cheese" etc.

i never liked that term self help. i always thought of stuff like that as something that opened your eyes. maybe make you realize more...

It's about a concept called "Positive Psychology" which highlights what's good rather than what's wrong with people.

So basically it says that positive interactions with people make you feel good, while negative ones make you feel bad? I had a negative one with my daughter less than an hour ago and my nerves are still frayed.

yeah I'm not too keen on the title either lol. but I like books like this because they take simple yet relevant theories and apply it to everyday life. and it leaves me with a more positive outlook even if i dont put that particular concept it into practice
