How fast can you add arm size?

I'm only asking because I don't believe that I have added 1/2" - 3/4" in 2 weeks. I went from 16.75" to 17.5" and about a month and a half ago they were 16", but I just started working out hard. I'm also doing WSB which I think would add much less than a body building routine. Just wondering if it is a fluke I know most of you won't believe it and neither do I, but I do know they are about 17.5".

How much body weight have you gained in that time frame? You can typically expect an inch of arm mass for every 10-15 pounds of overall weight gain. Of course some guys are just genetic freeks who were born with ideal arm length and muscle insertion points. Arm size comes easier for those select few. I am on the opposite end of the genetic spectrum. Thanks a lot mom and dad lol.

I'm not sure about the muscle since I did weigh around 195 - 200 a month and a half ago and now weigh about 190, but 3 weeks ago I weighed 185. I was drinking about a 6 pack every day the 2 months before the last 4 weeks so a lot of that weight could could have been water retention. I definitely have lost fat and put on muscle though so maybe 8 - 10lbs. in 4 weeks, but that's a very rough estimate. I guess I'm blessed with good genes, and I'm sorry for you lol! My one problem though is waist fat, and I probably got like 6 lbs of it. After this I think I'm going to get full body measurements, maybe everything else is lacking.

What sort of arm exercise's are you doing and rep ranges to achieve this? Are you on cycle bro?

Nah no cycles.
Here is my upper body workout session for a week:

Mon:
core: Bench press 135x10, 235x5.8,245x3,255x1.6
Shoulders: Military Press 135x7,135x9,155x3
Biceps/Lats: Arcuate(machine) Seated Row 165x8,175x8,180x6
Forearms: Wrist Roll 60x1,60x1,70x1
Triceps: Skull Crushers 95x8,95x6,95x5
Traps/Chest: Flys(cables) 42.5x8,42.5x8,42.5x6

Thursday:
Core: Bench Press 155x2x8
Plyo: Push Ups to Bench Body weightx5x8
Forearms: Wrist Curls 25x20, 25x20,25x20
Accessory: Upright Flys(cables) 20x10, 30x10, 35x9
Reps: Push ups body weightx10x3 BWx10x2(never getting out of push up position for sets and 15s between)

I change out the exercises every 2 weeks, so basically it's just WSB
Arms 17.5"
Chest 44"
Waist 36"
Legs 27"
Forearms 13.5"
Calves 15.5"

I had a similar growth spurt recently with my arms. I really hammered them for about a month or 2, training them so hard every session that i couldnt even do extremely light weight on any type of curl or extension when i was done and i ended up putting on a little over an inch in about a month.

Well I don't think that anything else has put on size, so it would make sense. Also for the last 2 weeks my triceps have been sore about everyday since I started doing skull crushers.
