Take some olive oil, lemon juice, lemon pepper, & Dijon mustard and mix them up in a mixing bowl
Take a tilapia filet and drop it in the bowl, flipping it over a few times
I like this with brussel sprouts, tossed with olive oil & lemon pepper
Put the whole shebang on foil & slide it in the oven for about 15-20 minutes @ about 325
