I just received the TRS and boy am' i confused with the Sustain Alpha. It is oily and thick in appearance from the outside and i expected a regular spray like thing...

How * exactly * do you bros using Sustain use it? Do you spray it in your palms and gently apply it on the shoulders or how?

And what exactly does 5 pumps mean? 5 sprays? Please guide me here mates. Got to start tomorrow!

When did you buy your TRS? The sustain sounds more like the 4.0 formula. In any event - yes 5 pump in one hand and then use both hands to spread over your upper body. Shoulders and back are best.

Yes, you can mix the Toco-8 and Endo Amp in your morning shake.

Just checked...it says version 6.4...dont know what that means though. Expires 1/11.

About the Endo Amp, is it better taking it post workout?

I know with the endo and toco..which ever one says take one scoop 2X a day...what i do is i do a scoop of that and a scoop of the other one together in the a.m. upon waking. Than i take THAT second scoop post workout with my protein shake!! This is my second time using TRS and i had GREAT success last time around. ALSO with the alpha...make sure u apply post shower in the a.m. let your body dry than apply and let dry again..if u put clothes on immediatly..alot of the product absorbs into your clothing instead of your skin...so dont waste your money!, lol. Sustain Alpha is a lotion-like consistency. Just apply it as you would lotion on your upper body.

i do 3 pumps upper body...and 2 pumps spread evenly on inner thighs and left over on my nut sac...works greattttttttttt
