How easy to overtrain triceps?

Mine are getting hit indirectly 3x a week and directly 1x a week...nothing crazy volume wise...my strength is going up and I feel I am gaining some size but still I'm kind of concerned...

Opinions? Thoughts?
 
Can't really "overtrain" muscles--this is a common misconception. Overtraining is a CNS issue.

Yeh...maybe "overwork" is a better term..I realize it would be VERY HARD to do that...especially with a smaller muscle like the triceps...still I want to allow adequate recovery time...
 
I'd say that as long as they are getting bigger and stronger it would be impossible to be overworking them, no matter what the accepted training theories say about that. If you notice that they do seem to stop growing or geting stronger, you can always "tweak" your routine, but until then I'd leave everything as it is. O.M.G.
