How does your Training Split looks like when ON ?

I'm training 3 days a week, 70 min each time when being off. Is this enough while being ON a bulking cycle? Assuming intensity is crazy
 
I really advocate the 3x a week training-- gives plenty of time for recovery.

Although I'm aiming towards every other day while on the sauce-- 3x one week, and 4x next week and so forth.

CrazyC... you're CRAZY! I wouldnt be able to make it through the first superset of arnolds' back/chest workout.
 
i think you would. You'll have to EAT EAT EAT though......he superset's? I didn't read the whole thing....
 
Lol, I've read that Arnold does this, without any rest/break in between two exercises...

Bench Press 1 set
Wide Grip Chins 1 set

then he rests for a minute or two and then he does this damn thing again for 5 sets, then moves on to the next "superset" of chest and back.

it's INSANE
 
CrazyC, You should get the Flex's Feburary 2003 Magazine, it has a great article, throughly explaining Arnold's Routine-- if you want the magazine, shoot me a pm. there is no way in hell i'm doing this routine :) I'd be damned if you could do it

right now i'm doing

mon-chest/tri/abs
tues- back/bi/calves
wed-shoulder/abs
thur-chest/tri/calves
fri- back/bi/abs
sat-shoulder/calves
sun-off

no legs, i messed up my knee squatting :(. So i'm gonna take a little time off....
 
Now com'on hitting every body part 3 times a week! That's pure 70' bullshit.

Once a week is plenty. I would like to see other's training split. I was doing:

SUN : Legs / Calves / Abs

TUE: Back / Delts / Biceps

THU: Chest / Triceps / Traps

But been doing this split for too long... Gotta change... Especially when starting my bulking cycle.
 
been doing this for a few weeks with good results

Day 1
back, traps

Day 2
chest, tris, bis

Day 3
rest

Day 4
legs, abs

Day 5
chest, shoulders, bis

Day6
rest

repeat
