How does your cheat day look like?

I have a cheat day after 6 consecutive dieting days, ends up sunday. Im 135 pounds, 5ft 7, 16, and my mass diet right now is 3,669 calories a day, in which is 128g fat, 309g carbs, and 318g protein. So there is a big diffence in my cheat day in which i total only 3,000 calories, 92g fat, 245g carbs, 159g protein. Id really prefer to not eat ANYTHING at all the whole cheat day because i just need i break from so much eating. But i don't won't to go catabolic and lose muscle tissue. So I tried to make it as much enjoyable as i can and pile on calories. The bipro whey isolate is completely tasteless thats why i included it. What does everyone elses look like.

Sunday – Diet Cheat Day

Sleep in - Day off
-Morning Pancakes
-Check the fridge, heat something up, and watch the game
- Minimum 3,000 calories

Pancakes, 3 whole scrambled eggs, and bacon = 600 calories 15g fat 50g carbs- 20 g protein

Bagel and Cream Cheese – 300 calories – 5 grams fat 30g carbs - 4g protein

PBJ – with sweetened jelly, natural peanut butter, and two soft white breads – 2 servings – 600 calories 32g fat – 40g carbs -15 g protein

Vanilla Ice cream protein shake - 2 scoops bipro whey isolate – 600 calories-40g protein– 20g carbs –

Papa johns pizza/any restaurant = 900 calories – 40g fat - 90g carbs - 60g protein

California Sensation(strawberries, banana, and vanilla yogurt/ice cream) Protein shake (1 scoop bipro = 20 g protein - 300 calories

Total = 3,000 calories 92g fat 245g carbs 159g protein

When I have a cheat day, its glutonous. I alternate cheat days with structured refeeds so not as to impede progress too much.

A typical cheat day might look like:

Meal One
-10 slices of wholewheat bread
-5 tbsp peanut butter and 5 of jam
-2 scoops whey

Meal Two
-16oz lasagna
-1 cup cottage cheese
-1 chocolate bar

Meal Three
-12 inch ham, pineapple, chicken pizza
-6 large cookies

Meal Four
-2 chocolate bars
-1 ice cream bar
-2 scoops whey
-10 tbsp peanut butter (sometimes almost a whole jar)

Meal Five
-8 oz salmon
-15 gram fibre supp
(The get back on track meal haha)

And if anything, I am being conservative with what I have posted there. Scary isn't it?

Cheat DAY

= 5 plates of food at local diner, bacon cheeseburger, enchiladas, some beer, meat pizza with veggies, waffle and ice cream... whatever else I can pack in before I explode, lol.

your cheat day looks too structured, IMHO :)

Cheat day for me is a casino buffet to the point where I hear somebody say "Is he going up there again?" :)

Should be a Cheat MEAL anyways if you're dieting.

At your age and light weight... I reccomend Cheat Days being every day bro... you just need to eat... often... and alot... along with training your ass off.

Yeah just saw his height weight and age. EAT Muddahfuckah!

You shouldn't gain much fat with your metabolism. Great opportunity to gain some good size.

Dönner , with a minor difference, means also "Thunder"... anyway,

Donner: Lots of meat, in a pita bread, with some tzaziki and veggies (lettuce, onions, tomatoes).

Stuff is Überfilling and yummy.

Full name is a Döner Kebab, AKA "Shawarma" in some places.. however, due to the Inmense Turkish population in Germany, the Döner is nowadays more popular here than the Würst...

From wikipedia

Döner kebab, literally "rotating meat", is a sliced lamb or chicken loaf slowly roasted on a vertical rotating spit. It is similar to gyros, shawarma and Taco al pastor. Döner kebab is popularly best known served in pita bread with salad but is also served on a dish with a salad and bread or French fries on the side or used on Turkish pizzas called pide or "kebabpizza". Take-out döner kebab or shawarma restaurants are common in some parts of Europe. Döner Kebab is said to be the best-selling fast food in Germany, Poland and comes close in the popularity stake-outs in France, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Australia. Take-out gyros is quite popular in the United States where it is usually beef and lamb, shawarma is available in ethnic neighborhoods but döner kebab is mostly unknown outside of places like New York City.

Some kebab connoisseurs will also point out that it contains every food group for a healthy meal and lifestyle. It has bread (cereals group), cabbage and lettuce (vegetables group), tomatoes (fruit group), creamy herb sauce (dairy group), oil (fat group) not to mention the döner meat (meat group), although one might note some imbalance in the relative ratios (notably, the fat, meat and vegetable groups.)

awww mannnnnn!

Looks tasty until I see that giant meat stick again!

I used to go to a pizza joint back in the dorm/college days and they had this meat that would just sit out 24/7 like that behind the counter and they'd shave it off when nessesary. :worried: Sanitary? I don't know...gross? To me, yes. I think they used it for mostly "gyro" type sammiches.

Do "nicer" places take care of their meat sticks? (lol... NO pun intended damnit)

yep, they don't last that long here, normally a couple of hours... rotation is HUGE man. You won't find a Döner place here where that stick sits there for hours on end.

Besides, food laws are VERY strict here, so hygiene is a no-brainer

Oh, ok...that's good then; I'd be up to try one when I venture over there :)

I'm sure the meat stick at the pizza joint has been there for years :worried:
