How does this routine look?

I see you have designated sat and sun your eating days- do you eat the rest of the week?? J/k

Routine looks good, but when you plateau, i would change it by hitting legs in between any of the upper body w/o. For example:
MON- chest
Tue- legs
Wed- shoulders
Thur- back
Fri- arms

Ive also seen great results by splitting quads and hams. Actually ive been hitting hams 2x/week. For example:
Mon- chest
Tue- quads/hams
Wed-shoulders
Thur-back/hams
Fri- arms
