I am currently 182 lbs, 5'11'', and 12% bf. I workout three times a week and do cardio three times a week. I am trying to do a low carb diet to lose bf down to around 7-8%. This is what I've been told to do.
Monday 60 g Carbs
Tuesday 60 g
Wednesday 90-100 G
Thursday 60 g
Friday 60 g
Saturday 60 g
Sunday -- unlimited (300-400)
Please tell me how this looks. I am eating lots of fat and protein as well, about 200 g protein and 120 g fat a day
