How does this cycle look?

Any glaring problems with this cycle?
(not for me right now, just an example cycle for a fitness tracking app I'm working on)
Also, if everything looks ok.
What goals might someone reach with this (give the assumed diet with the goal also please)

18 week cycle:

wk 1-4 dbol 30mg ed
wk 1-12 test e 500mg/week (250x2)
wk 1-12 Equipoise 400mg/week
wk 8-15 Anavar 50mg ed
wk 15 Nolvadex 60mg ed
wk 16-17 Nolvadex 40mg ed
wk 18 Nolvadex 20mg ed


I'm pretty newbish to more complex cycles, but what I had in mind was mixed mass and cutting cycle:
dbol to kickstart it and get the strength up until the test starts to kick in.
eq/test for some lean mass
anavar to cut up at the end


thoughts on this?
is it best to just leave a mass cycle and a cutting cycle seperate? I haven't really seen anything like this posted here (there's too much to sift through)

Also if anyone can direct me to any threads that have some good beginner cycles as well as some good vet cycles, I'd be much appreciative.

run the test and eq to 16 and run the avavar 10-16. thats a pretty good cycle there with a dbol kick. if u can get some hcg and or clomid also for pct, that would help.

cycle looks fine although i would make one addition and one change....once you stop the test e switch to prop and finish at week 15 to lessen the "dead time" while your waiting for test to clear then start PCT week 16 so just move the PCT as you have it down one week

1-4 dbol 30mg ED
1-12 test e 500mg
1-12 eq 400mg
8-15 var 50mg ED
13-15 prop 400mg (100mg EOD)
16 nolva 60
17 nolva 40
18 nolva 40
19 nolva 40

as far as bulking and cutting with the cycle you have listed i would just go for one or the other as i dont think its long enough for both...something to include both i would rather run upwards of 20 weeks but thats just me...like i said though cycle looks fine and doses are alright as well....

If it was me I would throw in 500iu a day of hcg for week 15. Jump start those little puppies so they can become big dogs.
 
Swale, a pretty well-known fellow in the realm of PCT is quite adamant about tapering all the way down to single-digit on the nolvadex. if you've run cycles, you'll know what works for you better than anyone else will.

just tossing in some other ideas and options here...

hehe keep in mind, this isn't for me (i've never run a cycle)
my first cycle will be Test e only for 10-12 weeks :-)
 
off-topic some more...
I've been considering running it along with EQ.

2 guys from work are gonna be running cycles (I'm afraid they haven't done near the research they should though)
1 will be on EQ (not sure but he just has 1 vial... lol)
other one will be on EQ and Test (also has 1 vial of each ????)
I guess they plan on obtaining more when they run out or something but oh well

Anyways it's gotten me thinking.. should i toss some EQ in also?...

downside is that it's my first cycle and I don't know how I'll react
I'm 6'4" 255~260lbs right now at about 20-22% bf
I'm planning on holding off on starting the cycle till i drop my BF down to 18% or less (depending on how long it takes)
I was up to 300 lbs a year ago (bad knee injury got me stuck in a rut)
My goals are basically just to build up some muscle. I'm not so worried about getting down below 12% bf yet since I'm naturally just a big guy. I'd like to build up a lot more muscle so that I just naturally burn more calories and with a consistant clean diet after my cycle, I should drop the fat slowly but surely.

With that in mind, what would the benefits of adding EQ be?

lol! you are right!you can come up with many ways to finish this cycle . Mine was posted in my online journal just for info purpose only.None are perfect just like everyone responds differently to different compounds.

Looks awsome, I love the eq, dbol, test combo. I finished one a couple of monthes ago and did great with it.
