how does my plan sound?

What an amazing wealth of information this site is! Thank you very much, especially for those stickys.
Well, I’m newbie thinking about my first cycle, thinking about buying some liquid Test E this week when I get my check.
I’m 23 years old, 6’ tall, and 210lbs (though my love handles are starting to show due to laziness in the last 2 years, my wrestling weight was 189). Very healthy other than that. I did a caloric study back in college and it turned out to be something crazy, about 21,000 calories a day, not an exaggeration, although that was during sports. My life was very aerobic since I was a kid and as a result my heart is HUGE, u should see the x-rays. Though lately I think my body has realized that I could stand to lose a few lbs and I’m not nearly as hungry anymore, though I’m sure that will change once I start working out.
Anyways, on to my proposed plan: 250mg of liquid Test E twice a week with some creatine, weigh protein (not sure how much to take) and gallons of Gatorade. I’ll work out 3 times a week (I would like to work out more but no one seems to recommend it). I’ll do this for 8 weeks, then get off the Test E for 2 weeks and do aerobic stuff to get rid of this weight, then back on the Test E for another 8 weeks etc.
I’m not buying any anti estrogen or pct meds, simply because I can’t afford them. If I run into problems I will buy them.
Little scared about my first injection, I don’t want to get an abscess, but I’ve read the guidelines. Let me get this strait, when u stick the needle in your glute, you’re supposed to pull the plunger up a little and check the contents of the needle for blood, and if there is blood you’re supposed to stop because you’ve hit an artery????? Are there even arteries in your glutes???? And there’s blood everywhere in your body, I would think you’d see some blood in the needle even if u didn’t hit an artery!!

Anyways, what do u guys think of my plan?

I think you should edit your post and get rid of the bit where you ask for a source because that is against the rules of the board and you'll be banned ok .

Now im not sure where to start with your plan because it is so wrong every where to me .

I think you shouldn't do any aas yet you need to get your diet dialed in first and then work on training for a little while yet .

And never start a cycle without PCT any one .

just assume that my caloric intake will be excessively large and ill take as much weigh protein as u want
and fine ill get on the pct

Now go and search the whole site about diet training and of course aas , type in first cycles into the search engine .

Dont take this the wrong way mate ok because we are here to help you out and stop you from hurting yourself and i do think you might not be even close you juicing yet .

Bro, our not going to the gym now....you dont just get some test and start lifting. Thats not how this shit works. Then stop the test and start doing aerobics. ??? !!! Gallons of gatorade? Seriously?? That shit is garbage. Its sugar water. If you dont know things like how much protein, how much water, ect to ingest every day, our not training seriously currently...ect ect... Then you need to stay away from drugs period.
Use that free plat that Hesnobradpitt gave ou and spend alot of time doing ALOT more research. Forget the AAS forum and go hit the training and diet forums. Get your shit together there first.

ive done quite a bit of research. i know i need lots of calories and lots of protein. i have a schedule to meet so i am going to start this week no matter what, i just want to do it right. at least answer my question about the needle

You are making some EXTREMELY foolish choices. No PCT, taking two weeks off then another 8 weeks..... You have NO idea what your getting yourself into. Or what you are doing. Take offense if you want to. But you will regret your hasty decision. Not to mention you WILL lose 90-100% of anything you gain with your "plan".
 
as long as im working out my metabolism is crazy, so i will eat tons of every type of food, so u can assume that i will be getting all the minerals and vitamins and calories and protein i need
 
ya well im not in terrible shape right now, i used to work out alot
i suppose i could work out every day for a week before i start if u think its a good idea
im a very active person, i go hiking and mountain climbing for fun, just not on a regular basis
actually i just remembered last year i biked 12 miles to work and back 4 days a week
i think i got fired cause i smelled lol

work out naturally for atleast afew years, get your diet in check...juice wont do anything for you if ur just gonna lift while juicing. You need a solid foundation to build the house on, you cant just take juice and expect to get big just because ur juicing....yah ull gain but loose it all right after so whats the point ???? forget anabolics its not for you, not yet atleast

You know nothing about weight training, man!

Go read a few books, study here in the diet and training areas... then, after a year or two of that you may start studying steroids and try them..

Just my advice.. I'd also worry about that enlarged heart of yours..
 
Do whatever your going to do man. You obviously know best. Why would those of us who mostly dedicate our lives to this sport have any idea what we are talking about.

I'm sure you have it all mapped out right?

What kind of test to buy, what injection sites to use, what gauge pins your going to use to draw and inject, injection speed, sanitary injection practices, How to aspirate, the half life of the particular kind of test you think your going to use, what half life even means, What PCT is, what PCT does, what pct drugs or supps to get, what sides you can get from test and why, how to counter those sides, what sides you can get from PCT drugs, How to train properly, how to train with unreal intensity, what your LBM is, what your macro requirements are to grow based on your LBM, The difference between WHEY and casien, what support supplements are required while on AAS, how to know if you need ancillary drugs, monitoring your BP 3x daily, getting before, during and after blood work done, how much sleep to get, what foods to avoid, not to drink alcohol, shall i continue? Besides the obvious fact that you need steroids as much as I need to catch crabs from fucking a chimp.

I'm sure we all sound like a bunch of assholes. But this game is no joke. you obviously dont realize that. As harsh as this shit may sound that myself or others are saying, they are all 100% correct.

so you're gonna hit the gear now maybe 5-7 days a week ,what do you expect, I can tell you,you will look the same next year as you do now,do you even realise how calculated things are? you're saying i'm gonna start eating-but eating what?i can tell ,its not muscle building foods so you resort to this so called quick fix

You don't even have close to 5 yrs,its your body ,you have only one.

i have a great base ive been lifting for years, ive weight trained on the football wrestling and track teams all through high school and college, ive just been off it for a year. i have the base i just have a little extra weight.

you need to have a comprehensive game plan for review and some experience/knowledge in order to not look like a fool. its a serious issue and no one here wants to see someone get in over their head, waste money or worst of all get hurt. you dont think thats reasonable?
