He is the definition of self-promoting, a true showman that could charm the pants off a nun. Tehe guy was loved like a dictator despite all his criminal activity (you have to understand RI and Providence - that was the was it was always run). His story is absolutely amazing. Not sure if you are into reading, but there is a book, Prince of Providence, out about him and its great. Word is there is a movie deal in the works but who knows. I used to work for the city right before he got pinched - the guy was a friggin character.
