How does everybody get all their protien?

Cottage Cheese and all the other usual suspects. Oh, and peanut butter too.

Chicken breasts for me, about 3 a day.....along with usually 4 protein shakes a day. This is while bulking. That's the main foods for my protein...the rest comes from smaller protein content items such as beans, etc. Sometimes while bulking to add extra cals. I hit BK or McDonalds for some calorie dense burgers, which has a good amount of protein in it too.
 
4.99 ALL YOU CAN EAT CHINEESE BUFFET,,,,1 PLATE full OF CHICKEN scewers ,half plate boneless pork spare ribs/half burbon ckicken,,,1 plate rice/ pinnaples,,,,,,,,2 waters an lots of shrimp an crab legs, 2000mg flax oil, 300 saw pal, 2 multivitamens ,,,,,,,,,,,br.eakfast /lunch in one every mon - fri1,pm,,,,,,,,,,,,,i force my self 2 eat everv last drop.
 
my gorl friend gets hers from cum. swollowing 3 loads a day strategicly placed between meals keeps her tummy full of protein!
