How does everybody get all their protien?

I often find myself looking for new sources of protien. I get bored of eating the same things all the time. I also find it hard most days to get the 400gs of protien that I need. Give me some examples of your daily meals. Thanks in advance for the help.
 
I usually try to get between 200-250. I eat about 3 shakes a day, which gives me about 100-120, then whatever I eat usually makes up the difference.
 
I mostly eat Chicken Breast, but atleast once a week i have fish, and steak. i often eat tuna and turkey for breakfast i almost always eat eggs and oatmeal.
Right know i am bulking up so i eat 8 times per day,
typical day:
6am protein shake
8am 6eggs whites 1 whole, 1 cup oatmeal
10am Protein shake
12noon Chicken breast, 2 med patatoes, 1 cup veg.
3pm turkey or tuna sandwich
5pm Prtoein shake(preworkout)
7pm protein shake(postworkout)
8pm Chicken breast Baked patatoe, 1 cup Veg.
if i m still hungry i'll have another protein shake
 
I take in about 8-10 scoops of triple threat a day, about 4 cans of tuna, two bowls of oatmeal, three glasses of skim milk. Another great idea is to buy a whole round butterball turkey (98& fat free), from a wholesale store (BJ's, sam's club) and take it to a deli and have them slice it for you. You'll have ALOT of turkey to eat, and it's much more cheaper than buying turkey by the lb. at your local deli.

Although, i'm looking for some different sources of protein as I'm getting bored of eating the same shit.
 
steamed chicken breast twice daily,three protein shakes a day 3 protein bars a day and an afternoon steak
 
Take it from me getting more of your protien from food than shakes is the biggest improvment I have made to my diet ever. It is amazing the difference.

I totally agree. i always fell tighter eating more protein than drinking.
 
I eat red meat at least twice a day, including lean burger meat, which is probably my staple diet item right now. I eat chicken breast regularly too, and later today, I'm cooking a 25 lb turkey, which I'll freeze half of once its cooked, then pick off of as a snack for the next week. I hate fish, so I don't eat it. I do eat shakes and bars, as well, but the only bar I'm eating much of right now is the Pure Protein Lemon Chiffon, which only has like 2 grams of carbs. Obviously, it has glycerine, but the jury's still out on that stuff.
 
Designer Protein, Chicken Breast, Turkey Breast, Lean Red Meat, Yogurt, Nonfat Cottage Cheese, Shrimp, Haddock, Cod, Pickerel... and of course, there's some protein in beer!
