How does Dbol work?

It may sound like a stupid question, but Id like to increase my knowledge of drugs before I put them in my body. I can understand how injecting Cyp, Sus, or Enanthate raise your test levels, but how do orals, such as dbol, anadrol or to a lesser extent Winny?

All anabolic/androgenic steroids work by binding to the androgen receptor (AR). Simply because it is not testosterone, does not mean that the hormone cannot attach to the AR.
