How Do YOu Turn on an Electric Water Heater?

One of my tenants just moved into a house that I just bought. And he says he has no hot water. It is a brand new water heater. He said all the fuses are on good on the breaker box. It there anything you do to the water heater itself?

rub up against it and tell it how pretty it looks.

You plug it in. That always seems to work



Is there a little door on the bottom side of it, prolly will have to unscrew it.

There's a thermostat under a panel on the water heater, check it, it may be turned all the way down.

^^^ Yep check the Thermo,its in the bottom boor, other than that if the breaker&Fuses are good,It may be Dead elements.
