Score with file - then instert the "head" into a pen cap and viola - clean break everytime.

How do you open an ampule?
1. sterilize the following tools, and lay them out on a white linen spread across a work bench:
a) a nail file
b) an industrial-grade hacksaw
c) a gasoline powered Chainsaw
d) a sledgehammer
e) midsize Acetylene Torch
f) 5 ounces of Plastic Explosives
g) 1 stick of dynamite and blasting cap
Note: Check with your local Police Pct, as you may require a permit for use of the explosive materials, and a Fire Safety Officer may need to be hired for the day in order to comply with local regulations.
2. At this point, you should be wearing Rubber Gloves, Welder's Goggles, a Surgical Mask, and White Lab Coat.
3. Place the ampule on a separate workbench.
4. Proceed down the list of tools in "1" above until you have successfully opened the ampule.
5. It's best to attempt this opening with at least 2 assistants.
