my favorite place, when i try in the glute i get cramps in my lats... sit down with your back propped up against a wall or bed with your legs straight out, look at the top of your quad, go like an inch left, at least 1/4 your leg from your knee, look for your veins, put the needle between the veins, do not tense your muscle, if you feel like you hit something nasty, pull back a little bit on the needle, and reposition at a different angle. imo quads are the best place.
