funny what a small world it is. i also use HCG in the same protocol which i learned from swale. he is a great guy. known him for about 8 months now. always a solid source for answers. using HCG at 500i.u.'s every sat and sun does a great job for me. makes recovery so much easier. i use the pregnyl 5000i.u./ml. mix it. load it in a barrel and store it in the fridge. then i just load 1/10th of 1cc in a slin pin and shoot it right into my bi.

I am on a 10 week Deca/Test Cyp cycle and I have been doing 500IU's every Saturday and Sunday throughout my cycle ( I took the 1st shot one week after my first AAS shot). My "sack" has stayed nice and full throughout my cycle.

Seems like alot of people are doing it this way nowadays. This is nearly the same method I am currently using...
