Wow!
Thanx for all the replys!
Thing is, I'm pretty big to start with, always have been. 6'1", 240-245/365 bench...
I have no problem putting on size and whenever I over eat just a little over a week or so, I get a big round stomach. At this point I've pretty much abandoned this whole "bulking" idea. I don't want to be a bigger version of my self, I want to be a bigger, harder, more quality version. I figure, if I can make strength and size gains on a lower than maintenance calorie intake than go for it, even if the experts are saying no.
I figure, add in some AS, a small amount of cardio and lift hard still and I should get an improved body.
What do you think?
I think if you're really thin and want to build some mass, then you should probably bulk the traditional way.
Also, if you're a chubby guy than maybe diet down.
I'm already pretty built, so I guess my requirements may be a little different.
I'm kinda building and leaning out at the same time.
