How do you get promo dvd's?

I know music promo dvd's are just supposed to be for clubs and DJ's but there's got to be a way to get hold of them. I've found a few on ebay but does anyone know about any other place where you can find them? promoonly.com just won't sell them to you if you're not a club owner or a DJ...

Some of them suck but some of them are perfect as a background thing when you've got people over.

Any ideas?

Call and Ask a DJ or Radio station Promotions POC if you can come pick some up as they are always tossing the old stuff( yr old or so) due to storage space reasons.

I've gotten dozens of music CD's this way. Some good, some crap demo tapes.
It took 3-4 calls till I found one that was tossing stuff at that time.

There are also these groups where if you say your writing for a newspaper/college or something.. They will send you tons of stuff in the hopes you will review it
