How do you get ALL the oil out of the pin

Everytime I inj, there is always a little bit of juice at the bottom of the pin. Over the span of 20 inj's that amounts to be alost 1cc. Thats a big waste if you ask me. How can you get all of it out of the syringe?

Try the air bubble technique. Draw the desired ammount of gear into the syringe, then just a tad bit of air into the syringe. This usually works from what I hear. Its alright if you inj. the air even, it will take -ALOT- of air to do anything bad. I've never tried it, but have heard of others having success with this. Let us know it if works

I personally think its not worth fucking around with.. I mean, look at whats left.. I doubt that will make any difference. Also, if you do use this method, make sure your not infecting into a vain!!! :)

Air bubbles are only bad if you shoot them into a vein, and if you're observing proper injection technique there should be no question of whether you're injecting into the muscle or into a vein..

So, yeah - the air bubble technique is a viable one for getting all of your gear out of the pin and into where it needs to be :)

I've always used the air bubble technique with no problems. Even if by some chance you do inject air into a vein i believe it takes somewhere along the lines of up to 10cc of air to be fatal. I believe there is a method in which doctors inject air into a certain vein intentionally to diagnose certain heart problems. I'm not suggesting you experiment to find out though:) But in any case, a little air to purge the oil out of the needle will do no harm, it's perfectly safe.

I'd rather waste the insignificant amount in the syringe. No need to be picky about small amounts like this. It is your body, bro's, and you're already paying a good amt for quality gear, so what's an extra $.01 per shot?

I agree. I know a teeny bit of air I.M. shouldn't matter, but still, it kind of freaks me out. With my anxiety I'd swear I had an air pocket just waiting to hit my aorta and taking me out.

with proper adjustment the amount of air used will not even enter the muscle but will be enough to displace the oil in the needle!
