Its also a good idea to have your doc provide you with a letter on letterhead "to whom it may concern" indicating you are currently under care and need etc blah blah blah, to use along with the prescription in case there is a question from nosy government types- have it translated in to languages of countries you may be traveling to (jic you need to purchase additional supplies)
