How do you feel about people that.....

are constantly late?

I can't stand it - I see it as a complete lack of respect for my time and efforts to arrive on time - and want to stick my size 11s all up in the ass of people that can't seem to EVER get somewhere on time. I am AT LEAST 10 minutes early to EVERYTHING with a set time, almost always the first one to every party (that kind of sucks), but my friends can NEVER show up anywhere near the time. ASSHOLES!
 
At work I will wait 15 minutes then I am out of there.
When the people call and say "you weren't there!". I tell them I was there. I left after 15 minutes. That my time is valuable and important to me.
If they want to meet again its at office.

BTW. I have showed up at stores with a sign that will say "be back at noon". Last time they didn't show up until 12:45pm. Thank god I went back to my office.
 
I am usually early even when I try not to be....Last night I had to be at my son's soon to be freshman high for 6:30...I ended up there at 6:15 and got a good parking and sitting spot and then it didn't start on time.....like 6:45
I was so aggravated. Week night at 6:30 was bad enough.....didn't have time to cook or go to gym. errrrrrr

I do the same thing.... It really, really angers me though.
 
I hate it. It is total lack of respect for the people who have to wait ; its a total
lack of respect for the person and their time.

Not that people should be dicks and be pissed off every time it happens; but someone
who is always always late.......

I think we've all be late before at least once.

since my wife quit her six-figure job to stay home with our kids and i started my own practice i work seven days a week (most weeks), my wife (in addition to taking care of the kids) took a couple of classes a semester and got another degree, the kids are involved in numerous activities, i am on the board of a couple of non-profit organizations (that meet regularly), i belong to a civic organization (that meets regularly). . .i'm fucking late for everything :sulk:
 
I am sometimes late for family gatherings. Getting the kids ready always takes longer than expected. But for work I am usually 10-30 minuteds early. I like to sit in front of the jobsite and drink my coffee and gameplan my day.

no. . .i'm early or on time for my kids plays, dance recitals, soccer games, etc., and i'm on-time when i meet with a client, it's just all the other shit that i'm late for. . .
 
Dammit - all you people with your logical and understandable reasons for lateness are really killing my buzz.
 
Nothing pisses me off more. My Mother is late for EVERYTHING. Drives me nuts. My Dad, on the other hand, is NEVER late :)

I'd rather be an hour early, than one minute late.

Agreed. I wonder how I will be with children. When I getting ready to go somewhere and I think I am going to be late, I go nuts. I don't want to go nuts on my children if they are going to make me late.
 
I am always anally on time for everything!
My b/f is late a lot....most ppl I know are late.....it's a selfish thing really!

It makes me want to pack up their TV, laptop, clothing, and golf clubs in an SUV, park it on the side of the street, and then throw their stuff out of the back.


Is that wrong?

i am even worse.i shoe up to everything 30-45 mins early.I was 5 mins late to work in the army once when i was a privet.I have never bin late to any thing since then.

Im usually late.......I like to make an entrance.

Im late for things that are not important. For work, im on time. But for a birthday party or some kind of party were it dosent really matter, then I just dont rush, cause I hate to rush, and end up usaually late.
