How do you eat your tuna?

i eat my tuna either with light mayo, alot of mustard, 1 can tuna, anykind of spices and some wheat thins or wheat bread.

Mix tuna one finley chopped egg or two egg whites "light done right" salad dressing I like italian wife likes ranch also plain yogurt is not too bad. put it on whole wheat breat with a tomato slice or two and lettuce. Pita bread is also good.

I do the same as you. I love the taste of fresh tuna out of the can. Not quite like fresh tuna steaks from the fisherman but hey, were all not that lucky.

God I wish I could eat tuna. I just cant fuckin stand the shit. I cant even be around anyone who's eatin it cause i hate the smell so much. unfortunately its so good for u so i guess ill just have to suck it up and hold me nose or something

Straight outta the can, 3 to 4 times a day. It's getting a little old now. I find its easier to eat it when refrigerated.

1 can trader joes no sodium solid white albacore tuna, 1 pack trader joes couscous salad (deli section), 1 tablespoon raspberry or balasamic vinegar....mix and eat...yum!
