Kraft mac and cheese has almost no nutritional value whatsoever for a bodybuilder (except maybe for the meager amount of milk in it). I see guys in college eat this shit and Ramen noodles all the time and wonder why they never grow. Seriously, it is sad that some people are utterly clueless when it comes to nutrition. They really should make it a manditory part of education these days with the way Americans are eating in general. just my 2cents

so since I eat a box a day you are saying that I know nothing about nutrition? I eat 1/2 box with a can of tuna, which yeilds over 50 grams of protein and 75 carbs per serving, seems like there is nutritional value there to me

Yea, but that's in Canadian grams so that's really like 28 grams protein and 40 carbs.
:)

thats too funny

LMFAO @ DT.

If you want to gain massive poundages, try eating 6-8 eggs 4-5 times a day with a plate full of rice and a litre of 1 percent milk. Throw in 3-4 protien shakes @ 50 grams per day and its grow time.

No, I didn't mean it's ignorant to eat mac and cheese. But if that were the ONLY thing you were eating, it would be questionable. The can of tuna contains 35+g protein, so the macaroni is accounting for very little of overall value. But as far as making the tuna taste good, its a great combo and does have a lot of carbs for bulking purposes.

I dont count on any pastas or carb sources for protein, any that they contain are just an extra
