I would like to know how you can calculate how much muscle you have gained as opposed to how much fat you have lost. I have BMI, bodyfat percentage, and bodyweight. Any of you smart people know how to do this?
dont let yoursel get to fat and look in the mirror. or even better have someone take front and back pictures of you in the same pose once per month. pictures show progress better than anything else.
all of the other methods are flawed, and pointless anyway. your lifts and your aperance will tell you all you need to know. have your pictures done when you have a nice pump in a relaxed position.
