How do you bulk????

I am eating Steak, whole eggs, peanut butter, mass protein shakes as the cornerstone of my calories and protein intake. Taking in plenty of carbs as well.. I was going to count, but I think I am just going to eat eat eat..

BTW - My Cycle is the following:

Week 1-12 Test LE 600mg/week
Week 1-12 EQ 600mg/week
Week 1-5 T-Bol 60mg ED

Arimidex and Proper PCT of course..

I would suggest running the EQ to week 14-15.

I hope you saw that I said I still eat clean. In my dorm I don't have any unhealthy food at ALL.

Yeah, that shit is hard for me to pull off...but its definately the way to go. It just takes a hell of a lot of brown rice, oatmeal, chicken, etc. I guess its the preparation that makes it harder for me than say...fast food and ramen. I can do it but with a busy schedule of classes and work its a pain in the ass.
 
If you're an intelligent BB, then you should always know exactly how many cals you're consuming during bulking. If you don't, then how do you know how much you need to increase to keep gaining when the gains stop? And how do you know how much to eat while dieting after you've the extra mass, which will result in a higher basal metabolic rate? The BB's that ignore this rule are always the ones that get fat as fuck and then lose everything while dieting because they don't eat enough calories.

It is damn near impossible to eat that much clean food! Most people grossly overestimate how many cals they eat when they are eating clean. Eating that much oatmeal, rice, chicken, and beef is a serious chore.
 
any good sugjestions...id rather force a 1200 cal shake down than 1200 cals of real food...its hard as hell to get all your cals in real food lol

I have used n-large 2 by Prolab. It wasn't too shabby. It's around 600 cals a serving. It mixes pretty well. I really like the gainer from Yates, it was good stuff.
 
counting calories would endup sending me to the state mental hospital. i already have in my head what i'm suppose to eat. i try to go with what my body tells me. that may sound stupid to most. but it works for me. i used to eat around 1.5 lbs.of beef per day. got away from that and stuck to talapia, and salmon. lots of it and a ton of meal replacements. glycogen and creatine loader by vitargo. fast protein during the day and slow before bedtime.
