The easiest (but very expensive) way is to add 15 double scoop protien shakes a day to your existing diet.
 
MY current bulking main menu. Eat at least 6 bowls a day. 1 cup raw uncooked oatmeal, 1.5 cup shreaded wheat, 1 cup grape nuts. 1/2 cup rasins, 2 tbs natty pb, 1/2 banana, 1 spoon full of sugar free jelly, 2 cups milk, 6 packs splenda. Best meal ive ever eaten, and around 1,500 clean cals per bowl.

Wouldn't you get sick of eating the same thing 6 times a day ever day?

I am eating Steak, whole eggs, peanut butter, mass protein shakes as the cornerstone of my calories and protein intake. Taking in plenty of carbs as well.. I was going to count, but I think I am just going to eat eat eat..

BTW - My Cycle is the following:

Week 1-12 Test LE 600mg/week
Week 1-12 EQ 600mg/week
Week 1-5 T-Bol 60mg ED

Arimidex and Proper PCT of course..

I'm running this exact cycle this fall. However I'm doing it without adding tons of extra calories. I put on weight so easily that if I eat 4500 cals a day I'll gain 30 lbs of blubber. It'll be interesting to see how both of our cycles go with the contrasting diets.
