How do you all flavor your chicken??

I've got 2 huge bags of individually frozen chicken breasts and like to cook them on the stove in a little bit of pam or olive oil.
My favorite way is dip it in some egg and roll it in the shaker type parmesan cheese for a crispy coating. Not sure if the parm is allowed though as I am trying to lower my bf.
Hoping some of you can shed some light on some easy seasonings to flavor up my stovetop breasts ;) .
Thanks!

I love Chef Prudhomme's Magic Seasoning. He has one for poultry, red meat, salmon, barbecue, etc. He also has a Seasoning Salt that does not have msg. Try coating the breast in finely ground nuts. I'm thinking about seasoning up some wheat bran and using that as a coating. Marinades also helps.

I am going to try marinating when I find something that is ok to use. I am not a plan-aheader though. So i'm looking for more "spur of the moment" ways. I will look for that seasoning! I have never seen it before though, is it in stores or online?
Thanks!

Browse thru the Recipe Thread sticky for ideas.....

Also: Mrs Dash seasonings -- all kinds; Tabasco Chipotle (has a BBQ flavor), lemon/lime juice....

I like Mrs. Dash too.

Im boring, usually cook it in olive oil, Mrs Dash & Italian Seasoning, then :chomp:

Is the chicken dipped in egg and dredged in the shaker type parm cheese and fried up in pam or olive oil ok or too fattening. There really isn't that much on it.

Funny you should ask! I just started a new way and it totally rocks! Add a little bit of olive oil, a lil' lemmon and pepper seasoning, garlic powder, and a tiny bit of everglades seasoning.

Totally rocks! I cook it in the oven.

I soak my chicken in buttermilk, and shake off and cook. I'm pretty sure that's too fattening, but it sure does make it more palatable. I season it with anything that gets in the way, hahahahhahaha.

I always add hot sauce to everything
I secodn the hot sauce. Sometimes I mix yellow mustard and hot sauce for hot mustard. I use my foreman pretty much with Mrs.Dash, and some Emerill spice.

You can spice up the lemon pepper w/ some paprika & i've also thrown on some "mesquite smoked" flavoring as well.

NYCgirl, I got some of the seasoning you recommended today. Unfortunately the store didn't have all the ones you listed. They only had the salmon one and a fajita one, and a salt free seasoning. I got the salt free seasoning. It has onion, peppers, chiles, etc in it. I can't wait to try it...
Thanks!

Try searing the chicken in a pan, then wrap with prosciutto or bacon & bake -- then top with cheese..... YUM!! (courtesy of Shadow) Great with a salad!!

Also, I can't remember if I mentioned this or not, but see if you have a Trader Joe's near you -- great resource!!
