How do u know?

Guys this might be a stupid question but how do u know if u have injected the steroid the proper way meaning in the right spot (hitting the muscle). I'm pretty sure i did because i was pretty sore. I'm just alittle concerned because for a day or 2 my right ass cheak felt larger than the other. Is this normal?

if your shooting in the glutes, make sure your using a 1 1/2" pin. then you know that your dep into the muscle. i have found that shooting deeper in the muscle the less sore i get. that has been my experience.

Most people do get a little sore, especially depends on what you are injecting???

The size increase could be from some minor swelling.

You're ass is going to feel funny the first couple of times. I really got used to it now. I still get a lil nervous when I inject, but my ass is only sore for about a day.

if you used a 1" - 1.5" pin in your ass id say you were into the muscle. you wouldnt feel muscle soreness if you injected into the adipose tissue so dont worry.
