how do u guys feel when u r "off"

how do you guys feel when u r off roids......do you feel like crap and just want to go on a cycle as soon as possible, or do you feel like its ALMOST as usual?



and is there any supplements u think that have given u a change in your offperiods compared to other ones?
 
Creatine will help maintain strength and muscle fullness. That's where the depression and urge to go back "on cycle" come from (aside from lack of test causing depression but hcg, hmg, nolva should resolve the hormonal deficiency).
 
weak. i mean i feel like i would if i had never taken any but it feels worse because u know how it feels it be on. that is what makes it worse for me.
 
it is for the most part mental,,, you gotta be off a while to let your body regulate itself,,,, so i just try when off to work as hard as i can... make it into a game to see if you can gain more mass natty... the more you gain natty the more you will put on while on
 
I have been off for over a year,,, cant go on right now due to higher bp and cholesterol but i have enough stashed for 2 20 week cycles its mind over matter,,, I am going to get levels in check and also put on 5 more lbs muscle natty b4 i even think about it.......

Generally one of those products such as no-xplode, superpump, etc make me feel a bit better. Probably 1/3 caffeine, 1/3 creatine and such and 1/3 mental but its better than the regular feeling off.

didnt know you were on hrt bro..

your signature is very misleading i might add "dont be afraid to put on some fat to put muscle on" then you have a photo of you at about 0.5% BF.. :evil:

I'm about to find out - can't imagine it will be nice. I'm going to take NO Explode and Derma Alpha plus regular PCT so I hope it's OK. At least the HCG will give me the impression I'm ON every day I stick myself.

I feel fine while off, aside from the fact that my db presses don't go up 5-10lb a side each week (which is depressing to me), i feel fine.

i enjoy being off actually. i just enjoy being on A LOT more.
 
You get use to it but in the back of your mind you carnt forget , and if there was a sup i prolly buy it before FDA ban it .

I've gotten smarter about things, and I can stay just as motivated when I'm off but I have to change my thinking and the way I train. There comes a point where muscle gained becomes finite, and you wont gain anything else as long as your off cycle. If your walking around at a fairly lean 220lbs at 5'9" when your off cycle, guess what my friend? you've probably gone the distance. BUT, it does not mean you cannot work on density, seperation, and hardness. Yes I said hardness, even off cycle. When I'm off it's all about squeeze, contraction, time under tension, pump. It's all about getting the most out of that set of 10 reps and making that one set feel like 5 sets. You squeeze every rep like your muscles are going to pop. When I'm on cycle I will do alternate db curls w/ as high as 80 lbs, off cycle the heaviest I'll go is 35's or 40's but more reps and more squeeze. This does 2 things, it keeps you from injuring yourself, and it also trains your mind to train harder off cycle than on. Training heavier doesnt nessecarily mean your training harder. And after your into bodybuilding and the juice long enough, and get your first big couple injuries, you'll begin to realize the longjevity of the sport is what is the most important thing.

Makes you want to puke, huh? I think he's making fun of us over 5% BF'rs.
 
I finished my first recently. I can't wait to do my next run. I feel like shit. Next time I'm going with a 6 week- sus/var cycle. Then I'mma go for a longer run :evil:

True bro, and I can atest to the fact that I was pushing too hard on bench while I was off which messed up my clavical bone. Now I'm backing off a little and being very carefull
Now I'm like you looking at longevity a heck of a lot more
 
I've done enough that my natty test will never be the same either, hence I'm practically always bridging now. HRT and HGH is the future of male physical, mental, and sexual conditioning, so it doesn't really bother me as much to start HRT somewhat earlier than normal. It may be rationalizing a bit too, but medical advances in ten or twenty years from now may also play a huge role in balancing the positive and negative aspects associated with such an individualized "self-administration" type of HRT/HGH practice.
