How do to the bycicle?

When I am doing a bicycle exercise, where I can adjust the easiness of turning the pedals, what should I focus on?Making them harder to move and move slower, or put them into a lighter adjustment and turn them like crazy? Thanks
 
I would try to find a balance where you can turn them quite fast, and yet feel the resistance. This will develop not only endurance in you, but also will gradually increase strength, so you will be able to put the setting harder and harder with time. This would be the optimal thing to do.
 
Thanks Lev - I will try to find that balance! How long you think is a good time for cardio training?

A minimum would be 20 minutes at a fast pace but I'd aim for 40-60 minutes
