How do I view my plat status?

*MODS* How do I view my plat status?

My membership i believe was supposed to run out a few days ago. Im still plat. I wanna know if i was charged or not. When i click (my account) and try to sign into the sucure server it takes me no where.

No im paying for it. My card was billed for 4 months from EF.
 
I was charge and I didn't even know that they charge me , oh well!



Dunk is more likely that your charge and if you have the monthly plat and forgot to cancel the subscription the day that your membership would expired then your card is charge.

Yeah, you guys should log in to the payments portion of the site and click 'Unsubscribe.' If you don't, your plat membership is automatically renewed when the duration of your current membership is over and you're charged again.

this thread is pretty pathetic...shows how low dunk has fallen. last month he was making million dollar k deals, managing my thriving k portfolio...now he's groveling for a lousy month of plat and when I ask for a k hit, I gotta bust his balls for a measly few grand. I order spaghetti and he brings me egg nodels with tomato sauce, wtf
 
I would replat for a better deal like he gave me the first time. He reneewed my subscription and charged me more than double. George. Lets make a deal or im out.

George. You caught me at time where i just blazed some White Widows. Normally I would be all up on your shit about charging me for plat that i didnt want but at the moment. I dont even know my fuggin name.

Also dont give me that you dont know how i got such a good deal talk. Dont you remember when you had to speak "to the powers that be" and they said with this coupon code that you were giving 3 + 1 for $$35.91 an additional $20 off.

If you want to honor that. Let me know. Otherwise its cancel city, and would like my money refunded and my platinum taken away. No hard feelings, in fact i wish you were here to smoke some of this shit i got for my birthday. Its crazy. CRAZY!!

i went plat awhile ago and used the 10 dollar off coupon but it charged me the 12 bucks anyways for a month and george refused to refund my money so now i refuse to go plat... he could have sold a lifetime membership or at least a 6 monther to me if he would have only taken into account my 10 dollar off coupon

Bruh man. I dont care what you and George are doing. This well of his is going to run dry very soon if he keeps treating his customers the way he is. I had a simple question, and he danced around it and bounced. I called the 800 # and get no answer. I emailed the EFsupport and get no response.

Shady business is going on over here.

With all respect nutsnack, that is just not accurate. You used a $10 off coupon and got a 1 month membership for $1.97 from 03/31/2005 - 04/30/2005. Then you canceled.

Then you took advantage of the 1 week free trial and got a week for free from 05/10/2005 - 05/17/2005. Then you canceled again.

Then you tried to scam the order system and get a free week a second time on 6/6/05. However, since you got your free week already, the order system rightly declined that attempt to cheat it.

But that did not stop you. On 6/7/05, you tried to get a free week a third time and again, the order system rightly declined your third attempt to cheat it.

When that did not work, on 6/7/05, it appears that you tried to use the same $10 off coupon code a second time. Which obviously was not allowed since you already used it back in March.

If we have done something inappropriate, I am the first to want to correct it because our customers are what keeps us online. But in your case, I have looked at your account extensively, and to me it appears that you got every discount and freebie that you were entitled to and then you tried to scam the order system. And I don't appreciate your suggestion that we cheat our paying customers; if anything, the opposite appears true here.

Regardless, I appreciate your contributions to the site, so I set you up as a Platinum Member at my expense for the next 10 days so you could try it one more time on me. If you called the 800 number during the business day, I promise you that you got a call back that day or that you spoke with someone right away. I searched for your support email, but I found none from your email account here on the forums or from your email account in the order system. If you sent us a support email, you would immediately get a tracking number. If you post that number here, I can look at how your support issue was handled. But I found no tickets containing the word "Dunk" or from your email addresses that we have on file.

You are getting your Platinum Membership for $8.97 a month which is a very good rate. Platinum Memberships are not refundable, but I don't want you to be unhappy, and I don't want you to give members the idea that we do not offer first class support, so I will refund the most recent charge to your account in full, and you can enjoy the days that you did not have to pay for at my expense.
