How do I reduce BA level in test?

Tuck

I had a bad reaction to what must be excess BA in my test, so I need to reduce the level. What's the best/easiest way of doing that?
Thanks for your feedback.

Couple of questions about this method. . .

1) Does this booger-up the stopper? Will it become dry, brittle and crumbly?

2) Do you leave the pin in as the vial is cooling so that it doesn't build up pressure which could potentially suck the stopper right into the vial?

Thanks!

Yeah bro leave pin in to relieve pressure until it cools...also there will be no effect on the stopper at that temp and time frame just bake away...

baking the product is the easiest way to do it, search my posts for baking instructions

I wrap a little aluminum foil around the rubber just to keep the radiant heat away. I don't know if it helps but I haven’t had a stopper problem yet.

make sure that pin isn't in to far as to touch the juice.. all of it will be sucked out is so

401 degrees would destroy most gear as well. The goal is not to boil the BA but to heat it up so it evaporates. Boiling is not required for evaporation to take place.

true, but some of the oil will evaporate also. Very hard to say what the BA concentration will be once complete. I'll let the voices of experience take this one :)

For those forced to work in Centigrade/Celcius, 275F is 135C but I'd read that 175F was the temperature to use.
