i thought that over 500 posts and you can post your pic permenantly on your avatar?

Bro, if you are platinum, then, you should have an option at the bottom of the screen you use to post to attach an image. If your not platinum then you can't do it. I'm not, so, when I posted a pic recently I posted it over at Steroidology where anyone can attach an image, then started a thread here and provided the link. You could also put the pic in your gallery, but then only plat members can enlarge it. Finally you could send it to a plat member and have them post it.

You can. I think he wants to post a normal sized pic in the pics of members section though.

I will be posting pics of me soon for the purpose of making suggestions for improvement. My phsique is by no means impressive, but i am not looking for alot of size just mostly definition. I will keep you posted.

If you have digital camera pics upload them from your computer to your gallery. Once you do that you can paste them into pages on certain boards (intense-training.com, steroidology.com) then we can all sit back and nitpick your phots .
