Oh tell him the truth, already!!!You have my seal of approval.
Too bad my seal of approval means absolutely nothing.
If you send leto unsolicited bulge pics it might speed up the mentoring process a little.
Im past due for this promotion
oh tell him the truth, already!!!
It's very simple, dave, you have to discover spellwin's secret identity and threaten to expose him on the forums.
If this is the case I would have been Executive Elite Mod months ago.i pretty much just curse at people and throw around the n word
I actually did toy with telling him that ... then I considered who created the thread, so I framed a response I felt most appropriatethe real answer is:
Needto and i choose members who already show promise to possibly be a moderator. Part of that is setting a good example; welcoming new members instead of running them off, offering good advice, not entering into petty flame wars, etc.
We also choose members that we feel are well liked and respected, and who are here a lot without bringing controversy.
Not every mentor goes on to become a moderator. We condider it a trial period. We've promoted members to mentors and for whatever reason, they stop posting, or start acting a little jerky, or mouth off to a moderator, and it doesn't bode well for them.

With this said when do I become a MOD. And I would think this pretty much revokes 75's mentorship. Kthanx, I will be waiting for my PM.the real answer is:

lol... that's fine
using you as an example- Musclemom was an obvious choice because she's always helpful, active, and although she doesn't necessarily get along with EVERYONE, she doesn't fall victim to pettiness either...

You should just STFU, because I know who you are in real life bish, and you should promote me being made a MOD. I expect to see some sort of banner with my name on it for Mod today. Call Plank and work it out.I'm a paradox, nugga. You can't explain why I'm here but it seems to make sense anyways.

Shrimpy should be a mentor

shrimpy for elite mentor of PurgatoryShrimpy should be a mentor
Referring to the bolded portion, why was I made a mod again? Since it just became even more apparent that absolutely no one cares what I think (and they shouldn't).
Cheers,
Scotsman
most important mod quality: ability to the shut-the-motherfuck-up once in a while.
Stilleto beat me to itbecause you're well liked and respected. because you're always helpful, often the voice of reason, and knowledgable about lifting.
you just need more self esteem baby.
ScotsmanI agree MM is a very helpful poster, and should be a MOD. Most all the other mentors here are a big fat ass joke. New mentors should be Shrimp Poboy, SB, Miplank, and PuddleMonkey, then people would get some real fucking guidance and direction in their lives. Or at least thet would know when to STFU.MM is AOK In My book I enjoy reading her posts

Of course, I was picking at my buddy 75.I'm going to go out on a limb here and assume you're joking.

I'm not even gonna start, but I did say you were great as a mentor and should be a mod. Number of posts or years here, or the amount of K you have do not make you a good person to advise others. C&C is all about fun and ganes anyways, and there are some great mods here in the other forums with much advice and experience to give. I just look at the some of the mentors past and remember that they could dish the shit out and then run and hide behind some ficticous tag that had been bestowed upon them for whatever reason and hide. All bullshit to me. I love EF and will stop right there before I cross anymore lines, but you know what I am talking about. And it pains me deeply that you would bant me for my comments. I was really only poking fun at 75, who I hold in high regard. Kthanxbyenot kewl, dude. There's a fine line between joke and insult and you're treading the wrong side of the line, IMO.
I only just became a mentor last month, I'm perfectly happy where I am. And you should be, too, seriously, if I was a Mod I'd time you out for that post (if this were my forum ...)
A lot of people put a lot of time behind the scenes into this place to keep it running, keep the trash cleaned up, to educate and keep it dynamic. You shouldn't trash talk them, even if it's in jest.
