How do I know PCT is trully done?

Besides knowing a certain time frame and understanding when to start, has anyone found a good way to tell if their body is ready to come off the clomid/Nov/Armadex...etc?

I just finished a combo PCT that helped me keep 90% of my gains, but I'm only two weeks into it and I feel like I'm ready to go. Any advice from seasoned pros?

Thanks to all!

What blood work specifically do you ask from a doctor? Been following this board for a about a year and have a few posts under "jaweeba." Not new to the game just the board. Thanks.
