How do I keep losing fat?

I've dropped from 25% BF down to 15% recently and I want to get down to around 10%. The problem is that now I'm starting to lose muscle mass instead of fat. I eat 175grams of protein (I weigh 170 lbs). Should I try bumping up the calories a little bit?

I would have thought the body would burn most of it's fat before burning off muscle, I guess it isn't that simple.:(

I'm taking in roughly 2000 cals per day. On Sat I cheat and eat about 3000.
 
How long have you been dieting for?

I know that I hit a plateau after 3 months. This is commonplace. At this point your body starts to fight back.

If I needed to lose more weight than I can diet off in three months, i'd take a pause of at least a month after 3 months of dieting. Let your body regain a few pounds, and then start again.

Morning cardio will help u drop some bodyfat. Do it on an empty stomach and 4x's a week at a moderate pace/intensity.
