I've dropped from 25% BF down to 15% recently and I want to get down to around 10%. The problem is that now I'm starting to lose muscle mass instead of fat. I eat 175grams of protein (I weigh 170 lbs). Should I try bumping up the calories a little bit?
I would have thought the body would burn most of it's fat before burning off muscle, I guess it isn't that simple.
