How do I get big Shoulders

wide grip upright rows, both strict and power style

about shoudlerwidth and slightly wider - pulled to sternum, no higher.

Got mine from being a competitive swimmer all my life from age 5 to 21. From there the established genetics took over. My shoulders and back, both of which are my strong points have come from years and years of swimming.
 
Heavy overheads use to be a staple for the old school lifters, kinda like flat bench is now regarded by most. Look at the shoulders of the dudes back then.
 
Military press, bent over rows overhand grip and reverse flyes, don't get pissed when you can't brush your teeth in the morning, you asked for it....
 
I like lateral raises, bent over rear laterals, overhead press and upright rows for delt development.

make them all heavy, and don't kid around, try to do four set of 8 reps on each one.
