How do I gain 5-10lbs of muscle and lose 10lbs of body fat?

Tren and Diet.

Hell run 75mgs ED or EOD(I bet you could get away with EOD and still get your goals easily).

Run it for 8-12 weeks. The first half would be clean bulking the second half cutting. Should be able to put on 5-10 lbs easily while knocking off some fat while bulking clean. When cutting you should be able to lose 2-3 lbs a week no problem. Have some proviron on hand for finadick.

Thats it. Simple isn't it? For you goals at your stats you shouldn't need any more than that and hard work.

I'm a BIG believer in DIET and anti-E's are EVERYTHING when it comes to getting leaner. I like Solid's advice on staying relatively low on the carbs!!! I like your idea of 1 mg/ED of liquidex also. These alone (w/o AS) are magical!

Now...add some Tren and let the fun begin! This will allow you to grow, burn more fat, and help to avoid catobolism while going low-carb!

I think your goals are more than realistic!

Don't get me wrong, I'd love to exceed those goals as reaching those goals still wouldn't get me anywhere near where I "want" to be. 230 @ 7-8% is what I dream of. :p <betting that will change once I reach that>

My point was to see if those goals were realistic. If I can exceed them then great. My main priority is to get down to 9% bf. I want to slim down my waist and maintain a lower overall bf%. I'm not prepping for a contest so I see no need to attempt to diet down to 5%. But I would like to add as much muscle as possible while on this too.

I'll try to design a diet around 3200-3600 cals/ED with lower carbs. Solid - get on that right away. ;)

5'11" 200lbs @13-14%

Weeks 1-8 Test Prop (Viromone) 100mg EOD
Weeks 3-8 Tren (Spectro) 75mg ED (no I don't trust myself to make some homebrew shit, I'm not a chemist)
With either option A or option B:

A: Weeks 3-8 Winny (Zambons) 50mg ED
B: Weeks 3-8 Anavar (generic) 40-60mg ED

Anti-e's and other ancillaries:
Weeks 1-8 Liquidex 1mg/ED (gyno prone so this dosage stays)
Weeks 1-8 Bromo 1.25mg 2x/ED
Weeks 3-8 T3 (ramp up/maintain/ramp down)
Weeks 3-4 and 7-8 HCG 500iu/ED (this is to get back nut size that never fully came back after last cycle)
Weeks 9-10 Clomid therapy

My last cycle I put on 17lbs and kept 10lbs (horrible post cycle diet due to newborn). However, I'm still happy with the cycle as I'm significantly more muscular than I was pre-cycle. I've stayed at the same bf% at around 13%. My goal this cycle is to gain back some strength and gain some more mass but to lean out and become more vascular and harder. I think if I get the diet down (which I need help on) I can meet those goals stated above. I'd like to get down to about 9% and maintain that so that next bulking cycle (Jan) I don't have to worry so much about not adding any fat.

So if you experts out there could throw some knowledge my way on whether you think this is attainable and how many and what kind of cals I should be throwing down, I'd appreciate it.

Ummmmm..you forgot the Partridge and the Pear Tree...
 
I like the option with the Zambons. I think that cardio @ 45 min. x 5 days in addition to T-3 is a little overkill and you could burn up a little lean mass (not in the plan). Back off to 3 times a week. Everything else looks good though. Good luck and happy b-day.

I have a pretty regular metabolism. I tend to hover at about 13% w/o focusing at all on any diet. I put on a lot of lbm while bulking last time and keeping it clean. Every time I tried to cut up in the past I'd lose fat fairly quick but also muscle as well. Then again, I wasn't on any anabolics while cutting.

Since most of you guys think that is "easily attainable" then I'll be shooting for 10-15lbs (if not more) of LBM gain and 10lbs of fat loss. That should get me to about 205 @ 8-9%.
 
Timing of carb intake is the key; protein and fats all day till 2 hours b4 workout, then 25% of carb intake, post workout typical protein etc.. BUT add 50 grams of dextrose, sugar whatever, then b4 bed eat remaining carbs, I have done this for a year, I have dropped a shit load of BF and added lean muscle
