How do I delete ALL FILES associated with an application off my computer?

Like when you do the UNINSTALL program feature, some program leave behind ghost files or system files of previous installs. How can I get rid of those as well and remove all traces of uninstalled programs?

Start, Settings, Control Panel, Add/Remove Software.

What BB said. Most programs leave DLLs and other crap regardless.
This is why I occasionally formatt and re-install the OS.

There is an application that will watch every install and where and what is installed.
When you want to de-install something do in in Windows and again in the utility and every file will be removed.

I forget the name.. Install magic or something like that
