Hi everyone, I had to take a few years off from the gym. Needless to says, I didn't prepare or go about it correctly. Not only did I stop working out, my diet went out the window as well. I recently had knee surgery and am having some trouble getting back in the gym. I must have gained over 30 lbs. I went from a fitness magazine cover model to a flabby guy with a nice size spare tire. My diet is good. Granted my exercise level could be increased, I keep gaining weight. What supplements can I use to burn this undesirable fat?? I heard HGH works, but is that it?
