There are posters who have been here for quite a few years...thus, a good reason why they stuck for so long with EF.

Did EF change your life in any aspects? Did your IQ went up a few pts? Did your body get the much needed overhaul? Has your sexual life improved?

What else?

EF and other online forums have been a cure for boredom. Given me a lot of laughs, and interesting new content to read everyday. The culture around EF is very unique compared to other boards, which makes it more special.

Unfortunately like many things on the internet EF can be addicting too.
As a result of the internet (not just EF) I havent been as social or as productive in life. So its definately done some damage to the quality of my life. of course some say i just dont have any fucking willpower, so thats another possibility.

that pretty much covers it.

oh yea, and ef also helped me get diet/workout advice which helped me get in pretty good shape back in the day. (5 years ago)

Or hopefully it will help me to be more socially successful.
There's plenty of good bros on here, who have advice to offer. there is so much advice on the internet in general. i just need to get off my ass and follow some of it.

I started coming to ef for excersise/diet advice and met some really nice people that I enjoying passing my time with.
 
I have been surfing the site for years prior to joining and it has always been an inspiration for diet and exercise. Since I have joined though, I have met alot of nice professional people that I enjoy very much...

I saw how pathetic Hotzie and JH1 looked allowing women to run all over them since they were whooped and so I vowed to never be like those guys.

I got the crap beaten out of me by some psycho because of ef..lol.
 
met some great people....some people have really helped me alot in every day life. made some professional connections too. i learn alot, some smart folks on here with good perspectives, some warped ones too..LOL. all in all, made friends with people i would not have otherwise come into contact with...i'll be here for awhile- good peeps here.
 
Hmmm... have not really thought about it. I learned a bit here, got laid a couple times as a result, and met a few friends over the years. So in a way I guess it has impacted me some.

Got kicked off of other boards so I came back. Hasn't really impacted me much, I don't think. I don't get alot of debate here, at least not like we had after 9/11. I already know how to train, diet and basic so I don't need much of the other boards on EF.

Peeps like BiggT, tweakle, Protobuilder and Cynical Simian taught me the 5x5 and threw me into the powerlifting world.
